One of the things I love to do is explore the nature Virginia has to offer at the river, in my kayak or canoe. Photography and video has become a bit of an obsession too, and I try to take either as much as I can.

Mornings are Beautiful

This is the beautiful scene we get to see in our yard and out our windows in the morning. What a glorious sight! Unfortunatley, due to the extreme heat we have been having here in Virginia the last couple months, some of the pond plants are taking a beating. It could be worse though, as I  have been nursing them constantly, or it would be!
